Company and program names belong to their respective owners, and references do not imply endorsement of this website.

Private personal use

The Job Search Agent is operated solely by its owner for personal job-search organization and automation. It is not offered for public registration, third-party account connection, sale or use as a hosted service. Publishing information about the agent does not grant visitors access to the software or its data.

Owner responsibility

The owner is responsible for authorizing Google access, securing the local environment and reviewing the agent’s output before relying on it. Automated classifications and matches can be incomplete or incorrect. Gmail access is read-only; it does not enable the agent to send, delete or modify messages.

The agent does not guarantee job discovery, successful applications, interviews, offers or employment. Any actions on third-party platforms remain subject to those platforms’ terms and applicable requirements.

Availability and changes

The website and private software are provided as-is and as available, without a promise of continuous operation, support, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. They may be changed, paused or discontinued. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and external services

The privacy policy describes Gmail read-only access, transient raw-email processing and limited structured metadata retention. Google, Cloudflare, LinkedIn and other external services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
